Project Detail :

We are a small software company. We need Record manager software. It is a simple software with basic requirements as follows:

a) Create some tables in a DB like "person", "Record" etc.
b) Using C# GUI populate/retrieve the tables when new, save operations are performed.
c) Send the information as an email
d) Import/export from other databases in the form of xml files
e) Report generation in the form of html file (This is nice to have.)

Customization, Configurability, Easy to Use GUI is a must.

Our budget is very tight and reasonable bid will be awarded project asap.
